Rapid Antigen tests detect antigen proteins on the surface of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Unlike other diagnostic tests for COVID-19, Rapid Antigen tests do not require a laboratory or other equipment to process or analyze the test results. This makes it portable and fast – results are available within (15-20) minutes. A sample obtained using a nasal swab is inserted into specialized fluid. The test is a lateral flow immunoassay, which causes the appearance of colored lines on the test strip, indicating whether or not the sample has tested positive for COVID-19.

Results will be sent to your email address on file that has been provided at the time of your booking, after the test is complete. Please ensure your information is correct at the time of booking. Due to the rapid increase in bookings due to the surge in COVID-19 cases in worldwide, appointment availability is scarce. All appointments will not be eligible for a cancellation or refund if booked after June 9th, 2022. Flight interruption or country guidelines do not warrant a cancellation. If you need to reschedule your appointment time, there is no additional fee; please send us an email to covidtesting@devsan.ca.

‍Many countries require your passport information to be on your results documentation, therefore, if your testing is used for travel purposes, please ensure you fill out this information upon registration.

‍We will facilitate virtual rapid testing for children 6 months of age and older.  Please make sure you are comfortable with administering a Rapid Antigen Test with young children.
